I started in sales and client success. At eXp Realty I sold a $10,000 brand-building course to real estate agents, averaging 6-7 sales a month, and ran weekly check-ins to audit each agent's business and close the gaps. At Floor & Decor I sold more than $300,000 in flooring and ran warehouse inventory audits. At Whop, a payments platform for online businesses, I moved from support into operations and trust & safety. Since 2022 I've also run XC Consult, a one-person web, design, and SEO practice.

Boulder Auto Detail

Built a new boulderautodetail.com in WordPress for a local detailing shop. Kept the existing URLs and redirects intact so search rankings carried through the migration. Built nine vehicle-brand hub pages, each with service tabs for paint protection film, ceramic coating, and window tint. Wrote an SEO roadmap and a post-launch content strategy, and taught the client how to run an evergreen blog.

Built in Go High Level for the realtors I supported: Instagram leads were profiled by preference, got personalized automated weekly texts, booked walkthroughs, and were tracked through to closed sale. Supported roughly 40-50 clients a year.

Designed a Slack-to-Intercom ticket link that posts internal Slack thread updates to the customer's Intercom ticket, closing a tracking gap between support and internal teams.

SOPs

Built SOPs for a support team with little formal training, and trained teammates on them.

Incident

Caught an account takeover on a creator account, with attempted crypto withdrawals, while Trust & Safety was offline. Escalated it directly to Security leadership. Whop later shipped sign-out-of-all-devices and login alerts.

Worked with account managers and customer success on merchants doing $20K to $5M in GMV, and escalated merchant issues directly with Stripe, Klarna, Splitit, Coinflow, Rain, and MassPay. Verified KYC and KYB documents for merchant accounts.
